Our bags are guaranteed from 6 months to two years depending on the brand. Should you experience this, please do contact our support team with your order number.
NOTE: Our guarantee does not cover damage to brand name products caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence following purchase, reasonable/normal wear and tear. In the event that the repair is not possible after agreement of the brand, only a non-refundable credit will be granted to you. Beyond one year, an expertise can be granted by the brand and could give rise to a possible repair estimate.
