Kesandi offers a thirty (30) day return policy on all non-customized products.
In order to return an item, you must complete the return process within 30 days from delivery.
Please note to be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in new condition;
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item;
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable;
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria;
- Any personalized item does not quality under our returns policy.
Returned merchandise can be refunded to the original form of payment, or a digital gift card with a three year expiration date.
We kindly ask you do not remove any attached product labels or tags and return the product in its original packaging.
