Should you receive a damaged bag please capture a few photos of your damaged item with any tags intact. Then, contact Customer Support with your order number and photos of the damaged item so that we can best assist you.
Upon our team confirming, we will happily send you a replacement free of charge.
Please note: Photos are required as proof of damage in order for us to help with your replacement.
